This site does not include any contact form and does not collect any banking data.
Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for DREAM TOUR EVASION. It is also processed, on our behalf and within the limits of their assignment, by the following service providers:
- Bookéo, for recording bookings;
- the payment provider connected to the booking module, for collecting payments;
- Google Ireland Limited, for audience measurement (Google Analytics) and map display (Google Maps), only if you have accepted them;
- Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting the site;
- Click My Site, for maintaining the site.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages pass through this service, operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, under its own terms.
Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these service providers are established in the United States or have servers there. Any such transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
- Booking data: three years after your last boat trip.
- Invoices and accounting documents: ten years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
- Messages and quote requests not followed up: one year.
- Audience measurement data: fourteen months maximum.
- Cookie choices: six months.
Cookies
This site uses three categories of cookies and trackers.
- Strictly necessary trackers: the storage of your cookie choice, and the cookies of the Bookéo booking module, which are essential to complete a booking. They do not require your consent.
- Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics): they are only set if you click “Accept” in the banner displayed when you arrive.
- Google Maps map: it is only loaded, together with Google's cookies, if you accept cookies or if you click “Show map”.

Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also set out instructions concerning what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to dreamtourevasion@gmail.com or to the postal address given above. A response will be provided within one month.
If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
If you do not wish to receive telephone sales calls, you can register free of charge on the Bloctel opt-out list: www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payment is made on the secure interface of the payment provider.
